Application & load handling
VERTO turning units are designed for the safe lifting, turning and positioning of self-supporting loads with a nearly round or square cross-section. They are particularly suitable for long, bulky or awkward workpieces such as precast concrete elements, welded frames, profiles and similar components that require controlled rotation and careful handling to protect the material.
The load is secured using textile lifting belts that support the workpiece safely and gently. The electric motor-driven belt system enables controlled turning into the desired position. The unit is operated via radio remote control with an integrated emergency stop.
Note: For loads with sharp edges, suitable edge protectors must be provided by the customer.
360° rotation under full load
The robust design enables full 360° rotation of the load, even under full load. This allows workpieces to be flexibly positioned and prepared for further processing.
Controlled load turning directly from the crane hook
The VERTO enables safe and precise turning of heavy loads without additional equipment. The turning process is controlled, reducing risks to personnel, machinery and materials.
Operation via radio remote control with emergency stop or pendant control
The unit can be conveniently operated via radio remote control or a pendant control with an integrated emergency stop. This allows the operator to safely monitor the turning process from a distance and stop it at any time.
Adjustable belt speed
The variable belt speed allows optimal adaptation to different loads and operating requirements. This ensures precise turning movements while protecting the workpiece from damage.

Suspension
Two-leg chain sling with oval master link for single hooks in accordance with DIN 15041 No. 4 (VERTO 2), No. 10 (VERTO 6) and No. 12 (VERTO 10)

Important notes on use
- Round sling hooks must not be passed through the rollers of the turning unit.
- The contact surfaces of the lifting belts must be free of sharp edges, burrs and abrasive surfaces to prevent damage to the belts.
