Application & load handling

INVERTO positioners are designed for the safe turning and positioning of heavy loads such as sheet metal coils, tool moulds, paper rolls and comparable components. These positioners, also known as turning tables, are used wherever large-volume and heavy goods need to be turned and aligned in a controlled manner or safely handled within production and storage areas.

Depending on the design, the load is picked up via the table surface or customised load-handling devices, ensuring stable and form-fit positioning throughout the entire turning process. The controlled drive and frequency converter bring the load safely and precisely into the desired position.

Thanks to the frequency-controlled drive, the turning process starts and stops smoothly, while the turning movement is accelerated in the middle section.

Variants & options

Tabletop with prism

For securing the horizontally positioned coil against rolling away. Ideal for steel coils or other cylindrical loads.

PU coating for sensitive loads

PU coating of the tabletop or prism.

180° turning unit

Integrated into the base frame and equipped with a high-quality slewing bearing, the turning unit enables the positioner to rotate by 180°. This allows convenient loading and unloading from the same side. Available with or without additional support feet.

Custom manufacturing to meet customer requirements

We manufacture your positioner to meet your specific requirements – e.g. with different tabletop designs, hole patterns,retaining pins and other customisations.

Our solutions in use

INVERTO 15 with customised tabletop design

The specially designed tabletop features a removable support prism with adjustable retaining pins at 50 mm intervals. The integrated 180° turning unit enables easy and safe turning of workpieces.

INVERTO 6t in customised design

Customised tabletop with a width of 1800 mm, equipped with a special motor and a teach-in function for freely setting and saving the end positions to ensure precise positioning.

INVERTO 30t with PU protective pads

Positioner for loads up to 30 t with a 90° turning range. Frequency inverter-controlled drive. Equipped with radio remote control, an additional pendant control, safety edges and an integrated load cycle counter. PU protective pads on one side of the tabletop.

INVERTO 8 with tabletops without cut-outs

Positioner for loads up to 8 t with a 90° turning range. Driven by a dual-strand turning drive and frequency inverter for smooth turning operations. Equipped with radio remote control, safety edges, visual and audible warning signals, and an integrated load cycle counter.
