The PFEIFER INVERTO positioner has been relaunched with a new design and numerous improvements. The changes go beyond appearance alone. The design, handling and individual safety features have also been further developed.
The new orange and anthracite colour scheme gives the INVERTO a modern look. At the same time, the base frame has been redesigned to better meet the requirements of modern manufacturing technology.
Flexible table plates for different workpieces
An important feature of the new INVERTO is its range of table plate solutions. The appropriate version can be selected depending on the application.
The available options include a continuous table plate, a table plate with a cut-out and a table plate with a prism.
The prism has now been designed as an integrated table plate solution rather than simply an additional attachment. This allows the support surface to be tailored even more precisely to the specific application.
Practical features for transport and maintenance
The INVERTO has also been further developed in terms of handling. A new mounting and locking pin allows the positioner to be securely locked in the transport and maintenance positions.
This makes positioning the table easier and safer during transport and maintenance work.
Enhanced safety for the chain drive
The area around the chain drive has also been redesigned. A new guard on the rear of the chain drive reduces the risk of accidental contact and complements the existing safety concept of the positioner.
Proven functions remain
In addition to its new features, the INVERTO retains the functions that have proven their worth in everyday use. These include the teach-in function, which allows end positions to be set flexibly. The cycle counter is also part of the feature set, enabling the turning operations performed to be recorded and tracked.
The relaunch thus combines the INVERTO’s proven functions with a revised design, a new appearance and additional configuration options.
The new PFEIFER INVERTO represents a modern positioner that can be flexibly adapted to different applications while combining safety with ease of handling.
